Kochetkov S 42c4e35291 revert the contracts-compiler wiring in live/rabbitmq/terragrunt.hcl, it broke the wb pipeline — locals cannot reference dependency in terragrunt, and live/contracts was never pushed anyway, this experiment isn't finished yet ...
