ivan ce64374b4c brusnika-stage: orchestrator routes like vad ... /orchestrator/api/process/, /orchestrator/api/sign and /orchestrator/ are rewritten to /api/... before reaching cde.orchestrator:8080, same rules as the cde-api virtual service in vad.
